How long does it take, and how do I get it?
The Custom Song is ready in about 5–7 days. Song + Lyric Video and Song + Cartoon Video Starring Them take about 7–10 days. Your MP3 and WAV files arrive on your private delivery page on onzogkids.com, ready to save to your phone, and any video comes on the same page. One free revision after delivery is included (for example, a name pronunciation fix).
Why do you ask for a voice memo of the name?
Your finished song follows your details exactly, so a pronunciation note helps us get the name right the first time. After you order, just reply to our confirmation email with a quick voice memo saying their name. If the name is mispronounced and you gave us a pronunciation note or voice memo, we redo it free, as many times as it takes.
Do I need a photo for the cartoon video?
No, a photo is optional. You can send one after you order by replying to our confirmation email; it helps the cartoon look like them. No photo? Pick “No photo? Just describe them” in the order form, and we design the cartoon from your words only. Either way, we’ll send you the cartoon look to approve before we make the video. Your photo is used only to make their cartoon. We never post it, and we delete it after your video is delivered.
What are the Lyric Print and Add Your Voice add-ons?
Two small keepsakes you can add to any package. Lyric Print (+$8): your song’s lyrics as a printable PDF, with their cartoon on the Starring video package. Add Your Voice (+$10): you record a short spoken message, up to about 30 seconds, and we place it at the start of the song. After you order, just reply to our confirmation email with the voice memo.

How they’re made
Each Onzog Productions custom song and any optional video is an original work created for your order. We use AI music and media tools as part of our production process. Every deliverable is reviewed and finished by the Onzog team before your final files are released. Songs and videos are not human-performed studio recordings unless we say otherwise in writing.
License and ownership
Your purchase grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use only (listening, sharing with family and friends, playing it at your own private celebration, and personal keepsakes). Onzog Productions retains all right, title, and interest in the composition, sound recording, lyrics, and any accompanying video, including copyright to the fullest extent permitted by law. You may not sell, license, redistribute, upload for commercial profit, claim authorship, or use the work in advertising, products for sale, or public performance for a fee without our prior written permission. Orders must not request, and we will not deliver, copies of copyrighted songs, trademarks, or characters we do not own or control.
